Fiesta on the Green, the university's Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, brings together art, music, dance and food to honor the history, culture and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans.
Fiesta on the Green is 5 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 26 on the greenspace north of the Nebraska Union. All are welcome.
Activities include:
- DJ
- Folkloric performance by Sangre Azteca Dance Group
- Snacks from Anna’s Pupusas and Papi Churros, plus free popcorn and candy bags
- 360 Touch Photo Booth
- Interactive activities from multicultural RSOs and campus offices
