Judges needed for summer research symposium

Faculty, administrators, postdocs and graduate students can serve as judges for the Nebraska Summer Research Symposium, planned for 1-3 p.m. Aug. 5 in Nebraska Union's Centennial Room and Ballroom.

The symposium showcases research and creative accomplishments by undergraduate research students from the Summer Research Program, Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience, and the McNair Program, as well as high school interns from the Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience and Young Nebraska Scientists, and the Nebraska Center for Energy Sciences Research.

Volunteer judges are needed to evaluate 4-6 undergraduate research posters during a one-hour window on Aug. 5. Judges will be provided with criteria in advance. Sign up to judge here.
