Landscape Services will hold a tree planting in honor of Arbor Day at 2 p.m. April 30. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be near the south entrance to the Prem S. Paul Research Center.
Eileen Bergt, assistant director of landscape, said an oriental plane tree will be planted, replacing a sycamore that was removed.
