Organizational Development and Training will hold the NCLUDE End-of-Semester Gathering from 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 4. The event will offer a morning of connection, reflection and community for anyone curious about joining the program.
The event, which is free and open to the campus community, wil be in the Nebraska Union's Regency Suite. Breakfast will be served.
The NCLUDE program provides a unique space for students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members to have candid conversations over a semester, focused on community and belonging as a part of our everyday interactions. These small groups are designed to build relationships and foster introspection, helping our entire community understand how to create a greater sense of belonging for all.
At this culminating gathering, participants will:
- Share lessons learned from their small learning group discussions.
- Highlight the everyday actions they've taken to build a stronger sense of community and belonging at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
- Connect with colleagues and peers across campus who are equally committed to making a difference.
Register by Nov. 21 to secure a spot and your breakfast.
