The Statistics Consulting Lab will be holding weekly workshops for those wishing to gain useful skills utilizing a variety of statistical techniques and tools. Sessions will be 1 to 2 p.m. on East Campus on Wednesdays and Thursdays through May 8.
The workshops are designed for audiences at all levels, covering different topics like introduction to statistical software (R, SAS), data organization for research, hypothesis testing, design of experiments and data visualization, machine learning techniques and more.
Each session is standalone and no prior background in statistics is required. To be able to participate in these workshops, attendees will need to bring a laptop and have access to R and SAS software on their machines, both of which are freely accessible.
