US Army Staff Sargeant Kyle Aldrich, a local recruiter, ran the steps carrying an American flag. More than 160 UNL ROTC cadets along with active duty military personnel, local first responders and UNO Air Force ROTC cadets ran 2200 steps in Memorial Stadium today. As small “slippery” particles or microorganisms such as Cryptosporidium travel through a pipe, they tend to concentrate in the middle.
