The life of Oglala Lakota leader Crazy Horse, whose face is shown above in the Crazy Horse memorial in South Dakota, will be examined during a Sept. 22 book discussion at the University Bookstore. The event, which is free and open to the public, begins at 6:30 p.m.

University of Nebraska graduate Mark Hargrave carved his name into the unfinished wood inside the Love Library cupola on Feb. 27, 1943, the same year the building opened for campus use. Hargrave was president of the university's Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
